पूजा और आरती के समय:
मकर संक्रांति के प्रारंभिक घंटों में मेला आरंभ होता है। श्रद्धालु सुबह 3:00 बजे से पवित्र स्नान करना शुरू कर सकते हैं। कपिल मुनि मंदिर में सुबह की आरती पवित्र स्नान के बाद लगभग 7:00 बजे होती है। मेले में प्रवेश या धार्मिक अनुष्ठान करने के लिए कोई प्रवेश शुल्क नहीं है। कपिल मुनि मंदिर में प्रतिदिन पूजा और आरती होती है, जिसमें मुख्य अनुष्ठान सुबह के समय पवित्र स्नान के बाद किए जाते हैं। शाम के समय तट पर हजारों दीपकों की रोशनी से अद्भुत और दिव्य दृश्य बनता है, जो हर भक्त के लिए अत्यंत मनमोहक होता है।
