Tour Itinerary –
Day 1: Kolkata → Mayapur → Murshidabad
Morning pick-up from Kolkata and drive to Mayapur, home to the ISKCON Radha Krishna (Chandrodaya) Temple. Visit the Yoga Peeth, Chaitanya Math, Devananda Gaudiya Math, Chand Kazi’s Samadhi, and the Sonar Gouranga Temple with its golden statue of Sri Chaitanya. Enjoy Bhog at ISKCON before heading to Murshidabad (100 km) for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Murshidabad Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Murshidabad’s heritage sites: Mir Jafar’s House and Cemetery, Hazarduari Palace (Palace of 1000 Doors), Bara Imambara, and the Jahankosa Cannon. Also visit Katra Masjid, Wasif Manzil, Nasipur Palace, Khosh Bag, Siraj Ud Daula’s Tomb, Medina Masjid, and Moti Jheel. Overnight stay in Murshidabad.
Day 3: Murshidabad → Plassey → Kolkata
Check out and drive back to Kolkata, stopping at Plassey, the site of the historic 1757 battle. Visit the memorial at the Mango Grove before continuing to Kolkata, concluding the tour with lasting memories.
