Dear ryask tourism,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the recent trip I tried booking through your agency. The final amount being charged for one day kolkata trip for 12 people was higher than the rate that is mentioned in your website and on the this Google site as well.
According to the agreed rate, the total cost should have been ₹7000, but I was charged ₹8500. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest as we are planning for a one day kolkata trip through your agency.

We had an amazing Ganga Saga Tour from Kolkata with our guide Swarajit Das! It was a comfortable car ride through a beautiful Landscape. And we enjoyed the very interessting Information and colourful indian myths our giude shared with us. Swarajit was really awesome, very very helpful, even with transportmanners after the tour!! We can highly recommand the Tour and especially our Tour giude!!

Very poor. Your company do not have any existence. You have tied up with Vivada cruises. And you are just an agent. The cost was very high for the whole service. It was suggested that you will provide a small boat for 30people. There was no live music on board. You could improve the program by arranging entertainments. Otherwise it was a boring journey up and down the river. Wasted time and money.

‘Kolkota during Durga puja’ was a long held dream.And it was fulfilled with immense happiness - only with the excellent support of Ryask Tourism. The Auspicious Pandal experiences with careful attention & care to all of us from transportation to food experience - again the best of best! Trip to Sunderban with Ryask tour was very good. Team members were very cooperative and helping in nature. They have provided all facilities and shown all places they have mentioned in their tour package.

Avoid them, they aren't ethical.
I booked a guide for a day, for this itinerary:
1. Victoria Memorial
2. St. Paul's Cathedral
3. Old Chinatown
4. Magen David Synagogue
5. Armenian Church of the Holy Nazareth
6. Jorashanko Thakurbari
They asked for Rs. 2,200 for the guide for this itinerary. I didn't bargain, paid the advance.
The guide turned out to be a novice. Didn't know anything.
What actually happened:
1. St. Paul's Cathedral
2. Victoria Memorial
3. Jorashanko Thakurbari. The guide didn't know which place-pin to put for the taxi drop, the taxi driver corrected us en route. The guide didn't know when Rabindranath Tagore was born or when he died or what he died of, or what he was renowned for.
4.. Magen David Synagogue: a 1km walk guided by Google Maps. Was closed when we got there. Our guide was flummoxed.
5. Armenian Church of the Holy Nazareth. Was closed. Has been closed since the COVID Lockdown in 2020! The Ryask team took my booking without telling me this!
Useless is a compliment. They are unethical. I complained to Ryask on WhatsApp:
Me: You should have told me that the Armenian Church was closed.
Ryask: yes closed but you can visist from outside!
Me: the guide doesn't know much. We were hoping for a knowledgeable guide to improve our experience of Kolkata.
Ryask: sorry for the inconvenience! Xxxxx is under training of west Bengal tourism official guide program.
Me: you have cheated me.
Ryask: what? where we will be cheat you? we are given our service to you! itinerary is provide by you sir. not by us! you never mention, that you need senior historical guide for todays visit! , that time we won't take this booking! as no senior guide is available today!
Me: You should have told me that the "guide" you provide would not be able to guide us.
Ryask: he is guiding regularly as a general guide.
This means that Ryask knowingly provides novices as paid guides, and doesn't care about ethical behaviour.
Avoid them.

We enjoyed a lot..All the places are beautiful..But we have enjoyed the houseboat journey and poovar backwater experience most..Last but not the least kovalam beach was awesome 😊Thank you😊

Perfect Gateway for 3-4 days.. always travel and stay on the boat..there are hotels but staying on boat at night is different level of experience.. canals ar very beautiful and must visit the canopy walk..

Only mangrove forest in the world,very unique in nature, only 111 kms from Kolkata city . Amazing boat rides , if you are lucky you may sopt the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger . Very calm and peaceful. A must visit .
