PARKING DETAILS
Parking provision is on a first come first serve basis and only 30 cars can be parked inside the fee parking area of the park.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Guests are requested to report at least half an hour (30 minutes) before the scheduled time at the boarding location.
- For safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the cruiser vessel.
- The ticket charges for children below 3 years are complimentary and for children aged between 3 years to 8 years it is 50% of the ticket fare. For ages above 9 years, full ticket booking will be needed to board the cruise.
- Vivada crew will reserve the rights to board the cruise ship.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- There will be no refund on confirmed bookings and the entire booking amount would be forfeited.
- Vessel sailing dates may be withdrawn at any time due to Government requirement or emergencies beyond the control of the company with or without prior notice. In that case full booking money will be refunded by the company to the purchaser.
